Last night was a blast, such a blast that I was so tired that I went to bed immidiately. I had gotten home around 12:30 and plopped in bed and was out.
This was the first July 4, that I remember, that was rather enjoyable. Before, I would either just sit at home or what not and watch fireworks from the T.V. Sometimes, my cousins and I would drive around and watch because we could never find a parking spot.
Independence for me started for me at Greg's house. We were watching Animatrix and playing Yu-Gi-Oh and Super Smash Brothers Melee. Because we had volunteered for the 5:15 A.M. shift for the 5k - 10k Firecracker Run dealie. It was: Greg, Ryan, and I. We decided not to sleep and just wait till 4:45 rolled around. We left the house at 4:50 to walk to school. We stopped by a dount shop for a small breakfast and met Dave half-way to school. At school, we were immidiately put into a job. We had to help set-up the cones for the 5k turn-around. We caused Mr. Witten to get pulled over. Some of us we're ridding on the trailer. Greg and I were "surfing."
We came back to school and wandered around looking for a job. We were stationed at the Finish Line to take the Microchops off the runners shoes. Some of these people were drenched in their own sweat. Many times, I was dripped on. The person working at the Finish Line was a psycho hoes-beast. After that, our shift was over and we walked back the band room and hung out with the various band members. A bunch of us then walked across the street to eat a brunch. I had some chicken. We went back and Greg, Ryan and I decided to take a nap until 2. The choir room is really dirty.
At 2, we woke up and set-up for the parade. It was friggen hot. The parade was ok, there were some misunderstandings as to what to play and when, but it was ok. After the parade, Greg, Kody, and I decided to just walk back to school. When we got back, we then hung out for awhile and went to Boba Joe's and then to Kaitlyn's house for a party. It was really nice, there were alot of other people there, it was her older brother's birthday party.
We went swimming and such. Her pool is really nice. We held some "Elbout" Tournament. I was fighting against Kaitlyn, and she socked me in the face. My lip is cut, and if I feel around with my tounge, it kinda hurts. Lol, its ok Kaitlyn. After that, we had dinner. The food was excellent, Bar-B-Que chicken and I think it was roast beef. The best part however, was the Lobster. That was really good, haven't had that in awhile. Afterwards, we played nationball a few times and watched the Fireworks. My favorite is the kind that explodes and then the "lights" go in random directions. We then hung around till around 11:45 talking and such. It was a fun party. I had a blast.

So Greg, Dave, Ryan, my oney-chan, and I went to Ryan's house to drop him off. I slept the whole way and back. I was the last to go and as soon as I got in, I fell asleep.
Today, not doing much. Mostly sleeping. I am actually currently at my cousins house, I have a hair appointment...
